|Overview||We currently have TWO Call Center Specialist positions available in our Call Center in So. Pasadena.
Responsible for handling a variety of member services calls in a prompt and courteous manner. Resolves customer questions and problems regarding accounts, orders, payments, products and services. Completes and maintains related reports, records, and files. Utilizes effective sales strategies to cross-sell credit union products and meet organizational sales goals. Supports all functions within the Call Center.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment, required. Credit union or banking background preferred.
A high school diploma or GED required.
Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
Applicants must meet qualifications to be considered. Position is open to internal and external candidates.
