Priority One Credit Union will NEVER contact you requesting your online banking password, PIN, secure access code, debit card PIN, or full Social Security number by phone, text, or email.

To help protect your accounts:

  • Do not provide personal information to unknown callers

  • Verify unexpected requests directly with the credit union
